Annual Presentation Evening  ...  Sat 9th September 2017 (Seniors, U18s & U15s) .. Sun 10th September (Juniors U13s & below) ... at The Edge, Sheffield University, Endcliffe Crescent, Sheffield. S10 3ED

Seniors (and U15s and U18s) from 8.00 on Saturday. Again lots of awards per team and across the club and various takes on the season by managers and senior team captains. There will be excellent food and licensed bar. Because we’re ordering the food we really need to know how many are coming – please buy a ticket beforehand or let your team manager/captain know. Don't miss it!

Juniors  (U13s and below) from 4.30 on Sunday. Everyone who has played for the club will receive an award and there will be special prizes for the player of the year, the performance of the year and the most improved player in each age group. There's a small charge for juniors  (adults come free). We hope everyone will be able to come. There will be food for the children and a licensed bar (and anything the children leave) for the adults.

Summer Holiday Cricket Weeks 2017  ...  Every week of the Holidays  ...  at Sandygate

Things get underway on 17th July and go on throughout the school holiday. Come for the week or come for the day, it’s a great fun-filled cricket activity, with lots to do and lots to learn. As coaches we always notice how much people improve over the course of the summer and how much fun they have doing so. This year again, we are making special arrangements for parents who want to drop their children off at 8.30 and collect them at 4.30. There are booking forms available at both grounds or you can contact Andy Clarke on 2301631 or email:                                        Non-members are very welcome too.

Race Night  ...  Sat 6th May 2017  ...  7.30 - 11.00  ...  Hallam FC 1860 Clubhouse

All we need is you and your family. If you haven’t been before, it’s great fun. You bet 50p on which of 8 horses is going to win the race and we play DVDs of real horses races specially run at the major UK race courses with top commentators. People get really involved in cheering on their horses (though the horse can’t hear) and if it wins, they win. There are 8 races, a licensed bar and nibbles. It’s a great opportunity to get everyone out of the house and together as a cricket club (even if the venue is the football club!).
Come on – shake a leg – all 4 of them! Let’s just have a great night out.

Annual General Meeting  ...  Thurs 1st December 2016  ...  Crimicar Lane

The most important meeting of the year when we ask you to come and help us improve the club, by telling us what you think, by putting forward better ideas, by joining the committee or taking on jobs to make it happen. We’ll be electing a committee and the captains of all the senior teams and the managers of the junior teams, and we’ll be setting the level of subs for the coming season. If you have any nominations or proposals, please let the secretary (Richard Storer) know.  But you’ll also be welcome – seniors, juniors and parents - if you just want to come and listen.
